Mates of State will be releasing Re-Arranged: Remixes Volume 1 April 14th on Barsuk Records. “Re-Arranged” will be available as a limited edition (1,000 copies) 12″ and features 4 songs remixed by DJ Sega, Flosstradamus, The Mae Shi, and RAC. This was a fantastic year for music, hence my expanding this list from 20 to 25. Even with that expansion, there were still some very fine albums that did not make the cut.
