If there’s one thing I’m good at, it’s spotting the next big hottie. My latest obsession who’s finally getting her due is the drop-dead sexy Kristen Bell. Some may remember her from her Veronica Mars days, but most will probably recognize her as the hot new bitchy girl on Heroes.

A funny thing happened to me on Friday. For the second month in a row, a mysterious magazine called Complex arrived in my mailbox. Complex features hip-hop and urban-style clothing, two things I have zero interest in. This month’s cover looks like this:

Do I care if Lil Wayne is crazy? Nope, I couldn’t give 2 shits about Lil Wayne. As I was approaching the trash, I happened to see the back of the magazine, which looked like this:

You see, Complex is a double-sided magazine. Needless to say, this cover caught my attention. I then put the brakes on and said to myself, “Self, there will probably be like one or two half-decent shots in here, so don’t get too excited.” Well, it turns out I was wrong, and it was full of a gallery of amazing, über-sexy shots of the lovely Kristen Bell. In fact, while researching this magazine in hopes to find a picture from the shoot to share on this site, I was doubly-excited to find that there are even more “web exclusive” shots on their website.

So if you are like me and find Kristen Bell to be one of the sexiest women in the world, or even if you just want to see learn more about her fine acting abilities, check out her feature on Complex here. If you turned on the news yesterday or today, you most likely heard
about the guy who sprayed Tom Cruise in the face with water during a
bogus interview for some British television show where pranks are
pulled on celebrities.

Here
is a video of Tom actually getting hosed in the face with the water.
It’s quite amusing, even though I feel sorry for the guy. Sure,
Scientology is weird as hell and people think this engagement is bogus,
but I can’t hate on Tom Cruise. He’s a great actor and seems like a
genuinely nice guy. Even though he did break the heart of one of my
Hollywood dream girls Nicole Kidman, I still can’t help but wish
nothing but good things for the guy.

And for the record, I think
that his engagement with Joey Potter…I mean…Katie Holmes is 100%
legit. Tom Cruise is an “A List” actor that doesn’t need to resort to
paltry publicity stunts like this. Hell, if Ashton Kutcher’s romance is
real, I think Tom’s is a safe bet too.
