Fuzzy Lion

VEGOOSE took place on October 29 & 30 of 2005 in Las Vegas, NV. It was a festival with an eclectic roster that included such acts as Dave Matthews Band, Beck, The Arcade Fire, Flaming Lips, Ween, The Shins, Spoon and many others. Also included on the lineup was The Decemberists.

I personally find The Decemberists very annoying. I can only listen to a few songs before Colin Meloy’s voice gets the best of me. I can also only take so much of an accordion in my music before it crosses the line between unique to obnoxious.

That being said, I had a request for some Decemberists from a friend so I decided to fulfill the request. For those of you that like the Decemberists, there’s no doubt you will like this show, as the quality is great.
